Ingredients

Batter

2 eggs
1 ½ cup ap flour
1 ¼ cup milk
½ cup crushed graham crackers
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt

Filling

2 graham crackers
¼ cup marshmallow fluff
¼ cup dark chocolate melting wafers

Directions

Prepare all your ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, honey, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Combine the wet and dry mixtures and mix until just combined.
Preheat The Stuffed Waffle Iron to medium heat. Add ½ cup batter to the iron.
In the center of the batter, place a graham cracker, a dollop of marshmallow fluff, chocolate melting wafers, and another graham cracker.
Top with another ½ cup of batter and close to cover.
Cook for 6 minutes, then flip and cook the other side for 4 minutes. Remove the waffle from the iron and repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy warm!
