- ½ cup egg whites
- ½ cup spinach
- ¼ cup diced yellow onion
- 2 tbsp feta cheese
- Pinch salt and pepper

Assemble ingredients. Preheat a skillet with olive oil to medium heat.
Add yellow onion and cook until translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
